Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping?
A: Please contact me as soon as you can. I may require you to send detailed images of the damage product. All items are one-of-a-kind, but I will happily send you a replacement of equal value and similar quality at no cost. If there is no suitable replacement, I can refund your entire order.
Q: What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please send it back within 60 days. The item must be returned in its original condition for a full refund so please take care with packaging. I do not refund initial shipping costs nor do I cover return shipping.
Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: I will try my best to ship your order out as soon as I can, but rushing leads to mistakes and damage. Minimum wait is two business days, but it could take up to a week to properly pack and ship your order.
